When you reach out, have a few things ready: your preferred date or date range, an estimated guest count, the type of event (corporate, private celebration, wedding, tournament), and any requirements for catering, audio/visual, or branding. The more detail you provide, the faster the team can build a proposal.
Work with the Events Team
After your inquiry, a member of the THMS events team will follow up to discuss your vision, walk through available dates, and recommend the right space and configuration. This is a collaborative step. The team works with you on layout, flow, catering options, bar packages, audio/visual needs, and any add-on experiences, such as field access enhancements, locker room VIP tours, or custom branding throughout the venue.
If you are planning a corporate conference, the team can configure the Staybolt Club or a Private Suite with presentation-ready audio/visual. If you are hosting a wedding reception on the pitch, the team builds out the production plan from lighting to catering to guest flow. Planning a youth or adult tournament instead? The same collaborative approach applies. The method is hands-on and tailored to the event, not a one-size template.
Confirm Your Date and Finalize Details
Once the proposal is aligned, you confirm your event date, finalize the contract, and lock in the details. The events team coordinates all logistics on the venue side: staffing, setup, teardown, vendor access, and day-of operations.
For events that require coordination with outside vendors (florists, entertainment, photographers, production companies), the team can advise on load-in logistics, vendor access points, and timing so that everything runs on schedule.
