Mansfield Stadium hosts Community Training Session for Team Czechia ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026™

Mansfield Stadium welcomed more than 2,500 guests on Saturday, June 6, for a special community training event featuring Czechia’s National Team during its stay at the venue as an official base camp site.
Fans had the unique opportunity to watch the team’s first and only training session open to the public at Mansfield Stadium, creating an exciting and memorable atmosphere for soccer enthusiasts and local families alike. The event also featured a variety of interactive activities, including photo opportunities, balloon artists, face painting, and a special group photo and autograph session with the team.
The event highlighted Mansfield’s growing role on the international soccer stage while bringing the community together for an unforgettable experience ahead of the stadium’s opening this summer.
Czechia will now turn its attention to World Cup play, where it will face South Korea, South Africa, and Mexico in Group A. The team opens group play against South Korea on June 11 in Guadalajara, then travels to Atlanta to face South Africa on June 18 before closing out the group stage against Mexico on June 24 in Mexico City.
