2026 Mansfield Community Health Fair

Join CareFirst 360 for the Mansfield Community Health Fair on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Texas Health Mansfield Stadium. Open to all ages with free admission, the Game On Health Fair will feature free health screenings, including blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, and vision checks, plus yoga, Zumba, family fitness activities, a kids’ zone, pet adoption opportunities, raffle prizes, giveaways, and more than 40 local vendors representing clinics, pharmacies, gyms, and community partners.
